1. Affiliates may promote Spartamax through Google Search PPC using branded keywords (including brand bidding) and generic, non-branded keywords.

2. You may host presell pages on your own domain, as long as they don’t break any of these terms.

3. Affiliates may not use deepfakes to promote Spartamax.

4. Affiliates may not copy or steal ads or landing pages created by other affiliates or advertisers and use them as their own.

5. Affiliates are not permitted to use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are considered non-compliant by the FTC or FDA. Affiliates must be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”),

6. Affiliates are not permitted to use any before/after photos that belong to Spartamax in online promotions without our permission.

7. Affiliates must not use terms such as “scam” and “fraud” in their review articles, social media posts or pages about Spartamax.

8. Affiliates must adhere to the Controlling the “CAN-SPAM Act”, Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act. Using spam to promote Spartamax is strictly forbidden.

9. Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Spartamax products.

10. Affiliates may not link directly to the Spartamax order form. You are welcome to use our Direct To Page landing page, which is one of the landing page options above.

11. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Spartamax products from other websites as a "reseller." Affiliates are not authorized to sell products claiming to be Spartamax, or promote Spartamax on retail sites such as eBay, Amazon, or any sites that fall into the category of retail sites.

12. Spartamax will be solely responsible for all customer service.

13. You agree that Spartamax and its parent company and associates are not liable in any way for any loss, financial or otherwise, you may incur by promoting this offer.

14. Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will be banned and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
